Why was my child chosen for a Fairytale spot?

Congratulations, you got your information in at just the right moment to be chosen for a spot as we just opened up the next 3 weeks of availability! This experience is extremely popular and these limited spots will be taken up very quickly.

What’s included?

Your booking includes: access to our magical wardrobe and props, light makeup and styling to make sure your child feels special, an interactive session in our Mystical Garden set, a Fairy Dust gift and best of all, a 10” portrait* with full artistry!

Is there any additional cost to me?

No—the booking fee holds your child’s spot and gets you everything listed above! Most people do fall in love with these stunning images and wish to purchase more, yet you are not obligated to do so.  If you do decide you'd like to invest in some additional artwork, we can apply portrait credit toward your artwork order.

What if my children are in school and our work schedules conflict with your appointment times?  

Family is the most important thing to us--your family and ours, therefore, weekday appointments end at 5pm so that our team can spend time with their families! Most of our clients will take their children out of school for this very special experience. What child doesn’t want to tell their friends they have to leave to go be a part of a Fairytale?! As the years go by, every time you look at your portrait, you’ll all remember this magical day!​

Do you have a price list? How much are additional portraits? Can I just buy digital files?

All of our portrait collections are are custom so we price everything during your viewing and selection appointment as you choose your sizes, finishes, albums and framing options. We offer a range of portraits from large scale exquisite hand painted portraits to more modest sizes beginning at $500. We see many families choosing to invest $800-2000 on up. Our wall portraits are finished as fine art, and begin at $1000. Multi-image pieces—Storybook albums and folios—begin at $1400. This is certainly not within the reach of every budget, and there is never any obligation to purchase but we do offer easy payment plans to help parents get what they love most. We specialize in heirloom portrait that last a lifetime—other items decline in value as time goes by, while these exquisite portraits only increase in value! When you see the beauty of these pieces, you will understand why we do not offer digitals (but will give them as gifts with a wall portrait purchase).  

Can we bring more than one child?  

Absolutely! We encourage siblings to do this together so your certificate includes a session for up to 2 siblings and you can add an additional child for just $40.

What ages can do this?  

The Fairytale experience is best enjoyed by children between the ages of 3-17! We want them to be old enough  to dream, imagine, play pretend and have fun while creating a memory to last a lifetime.

When will I see my images? How long will it be until my portrait order arrives?  

You’ll get to relax in our beautiful showroom following your child’s session and focus on choosing your favorites! Make sure all the decision-makers are there for this exciting “reveal” because there are discounts available only at this appointment that you don’t want to miss! After the order is placed you can expect your fully artworked portraits to arrive at your home within 8-10 weeks!
